Recipe for a perfect Christmas

What things go into creating a perfect Christmas??
Part 1:

Well, to start with you need to go with friends on your annual tree hunt to find the PERFECT tree.

Every year we go with the Morans and pick out a tree. In the past years it has been a wonderful twist of fate that brought us together each time - a phone call on the drive out connecting with them as they are driving out there as well! Too perfect. This year we thought to plan ahead and loved spending time among the trees in the sunshine.

Whats next? How about a visit with Santa?


Then there are the holiday get togethers...always a lot of fun.

AND IT CAN'T BE CHRISTMAS WITHOUT LIGHTS!

We enjoyed a quick stop off a the Bellevue Botanical Garden lights on a cold and wet Tuesday night. Maggie enjoyed looking at the lights, and although we didn't stay long, it was a nice venture out.

And it wouldn't be Christmas without family dinners. We celebrate Tomas' birthday around the holidays, so Maggie LOVED getting lots of play time with her cousins.
