Buds

From the moment each day starts to the day it ends, Charlie and Maggie are laughing and playing together. Charlie usually wakes up first and since he is so LOUD (seriously, Maggie was never as loud as this kid...his laughs, chatter to his toys, and fussing to get out of his crib are all insanely loud) he wakes her up too. Right after I get him out of his room we go to Maggie's room. He shrieks with delight as soon as we open the door - he can't wait to see her. She LOVES it when he crawls up on her bed and gives her hugs. They roll around, laugh and play with her animals. This is the start to every day - a day full of play and laughing (and, let's be honest - sometimes fighting) for the two of them. It's the best thing in the world to watch. Charlie doesn't have too many words yet (Night Night, bye bye, momma and dada - and most recently up and uh-uh for uh-oh) but they have so much fun playing it doesn't matter that he doesn't speak (or walk) yet. Watching them together is wonderful - so much fun to see them love each other they way they do.
